Aeon Timeline Version 0.5.1 has just been released. This new version is compatible with Snow Leopard and Leopard. Testing is still required for Tiger, but it will be made Tiger compatible in the future if there are any issues (please let me kn0w).
This release fixes several important bugs present in release 0.5.0, so I would encourage everyone to update to this version. As this is now the second release for the new Fantasy Calendar system and the cleaner user interface (see the previous beta release for details). I expect this iteration will now be pretty stable.
Remember to use Command+Scroll Wheel (or Command + track pad gestures) to zoom in and out of the calendar. This should make navigating around timelines a lot easier.
In an earlier blog post I outlined my goals for bringing Aeon Timeline to a release-ready condition. Assuming no major bugs are reported in this version, the next things I will tackle will be to add mouse control to the Context Bar and improve the event filtering.

Aeon Timeline supports automatic updates, which means you will be notified whenever an update is available, and able to download it directly within the program. If the program does not alert you automatically, you can choose ‘Check for Updates…’ from the Aeon Timeline menu.
Alternatively, you can download the latest version of the application by clicking on the Latest Version link at the top of the Blog page. If you know other users who may be interested in the program and the direction the program is taking, please encourage them to take a look.
